For sunsuits, height is suggested as the determining factor. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Fit may be roomy, but the sleeves and pant legs can be rolled up.

This swimsuit is the absolute best. We struggled to find a long sleeve option that also covered our kiddo’s legs well - we found tons of long sleeve bikini cut or shorts options, but long pants were impossible. Enter SwimZip! The swimsuit was true to size, and I appreciate having many color options that are high visibility in the water for new swimmers. The zipper comes all the way unzipped, making it easy to get in and out of, or do diaper changes. It’s such a relief not having to worry about sunscreen on my kiddo’s ultra-sensitive skin, and we get compliments on this suit all the time. As a cancer survivor myself, I’m incredibly cautious about preventing any and all carcinogenic exposure within our control. Yes, it’s more expensive than an Old Navy swimsuit, but the quality and peace of mind are more than worth it!
My son has many allergies so finding the right sun screen is a challenge, being able to put him into clothing rather than harsh chemicals has completely changed our outdoor experiences. With the swim suit romper we’re able to experience all the summer activities! I especially like the “color pop” color! Bright and vibrant and easy to spot in beach waves or pool dives!
