Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and returns are easy thanks to our online exchange and returns portal. There's a step-by-step guide below, but it's easy to do. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for any additional guidance.
You may exchange or return SwimZip items within 15 days of delivery date.
SwimZip product must be returned in new condition (ie: not worn, not washed, not stained) with tags still attached.
Product received worn, stained (ie-deodorant marks), washed, or without tags attached will be donated and no refund or exchange will be issued.
There is a $3 restocking fee per item on all returns, no matter the payment method. This fee is included in the handling fee. This restocking fee is charged on each item returned for refund.
There is no restocking fee on exchanged items.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which are included in the shipping and handling fee.
