Exchanges and returns just got a WHOLE lot easier thanks to our new online exchange and returns portal. Making an exchange or return is super simple - simply search RETURNS or EXCHANGE on the site.
There's a step-by-step guide below to show you how to complete a return but it's so easy to do, you'll have it nailed after the first time you try it. And if for any reason you don't, you can always reach out to our Customer Service team who can help you out.
Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Exchange and Returns Policy is super simple.
If you find it is not the right fit, you may exchange or return the SwimZip within 15 days of delivery date.
SwimZip product must be returned in new condition (ie: not worn, not washed) with tags still attached and must be accompanied by our return form.
Product received worn, washed or without tags attached will be donated and no refund or exchange will be issued.
There is a $3 restocking fee per item on all returns, no matter the payment method. This restocking fee is charged on each item returned for refund. It is not charged on exchanged items.

We advise you to send your return or exchange with a tracking number to avoid any missing package issues with the carrier of your choice. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send items for return or exchange.
