The size I want isn't available for the style I want.
We can email you if it comes back in stock! Please sign up for an email notification by going to the product page and selecting the style and size you would like. Click the “Notify Me If This Becomes Available” button, just under the sold out notification and enter your email address to be notified if that size comes back in stock. 
No items are restocked during sales. 

When will I receive my order? 

A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. 

Expected time until delivery is currently 7-10 business days after order is placed. 

Orders typically take 4-8 business days to process before they are shipped during the busy seasons of spring and summer. An email containing tracking information will be sent once the order is processed and shipped.
During sale events, processing time is extended to 5-10 business days before the order is shipped; we ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kansas City, Missouri. 

All orders ship via USPS or FedEx. 

Orders placed with rush processing and expedited shipping, ship the next business day via FedEx Express.  Any order placed with expedited shipping on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day.

Expedited deliveries occur only on business days. (Please note: we do not always offer expedited shipping options at checkout and it is not available in all areas.)

Please note: orders placed during a sale or promotion will take longer to process.


Our distribution center is closed on weekends and holidays.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Shipping back to us for returns and exchanges is at the customer’s expense. We recommend sending your item insured and with a tracking number. Shipping charges and Route fees are not refundable.
There is a $3.00 restocking fee per item on all returns. 
This fee is not imposed on items sent for exchange.

Items purchased with Final Sale conditions are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Items not purchased through our website will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you are the recipient of a SwimZip gift – lucky you! - you may return the item for exchange only. 

What if I can’t find my package and I received delivery notification? 

This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is to check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors.

We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.

Unfortunately, packages are sometimes prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days, please contact the carrier. 

If your package can not be located and you protected your order with Route, please file a claim.

Any special washing instructions?

SwimZip needs the same care as most other swimwear. It will last the longest if items are hand washed in cold water, but the gentle cycle of the washing machine works too.
We recommend laying SwimZip items out to dry, away from direct sunlight. Please rinse your SwimZip after each use and do not leave wet in a bag for an extended time.
 
The flap hats, adventure hats and sun fun play hats are not machine wash safe.

Hand wash cold with like colors and line dry.

Shipping Internationally
We ship to Canada, Australia, the UK and many places all over the globe. 

Shipping cost is a flat fee that varies by location. Cost will be shown once address is entered at checkout.

Do I have to pay the custom/duty fees?

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that are frequently changing.

SwimZip does not cover any customs fees or duties placed on orders - they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any and all duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receipt of order imposed by customer’s country of shipping location will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Customer is responsible for all fees imposed by home country upon receipt. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards along with 3rd party payment providers like PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and others. We also offer Klarna for installment payments.
