Men’s sun-protective swimwear
Our men's sun-protective swimwear line combines style, comfort, and superior UV protection.
Why is sun-protective swimwear important?
Our stylish sun-protective swimsuits keep men safe while they enjoy the summer sun. The sun's harmful UV rays cause painful sunburns and sun poisoning; they also increase the risk of skin cancers and premature aging.
We’ve designed our men’s line with the sun in mind. Our collection includes rash guards, swim trunks, and sun hats made with high-quality, UPF 50+ rated fabric for maximum sun protection. Our tightly woven, yet breathable, fabrics block UV rays and keep you comfortable in and out of the water.
Doctors recommend UV-protective swimwear as part of a complete sun protection plan, along with shade, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Our sun-protective swimwear provides peace of mind; it’s your extra protection against the sun's rays on long summer days.
What is UPF?
Ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) measures how well a fabric blocks UV rays from reaching the skin. UPF ratings range from 15+ to 50+, with higher numbers indicating greater protection.
Fabrics rated UPF 50+ blocks at least 98% of UV rays, while UPF 30+ blocks about 96.7%. Dermatologists recommend choosing clothing with a UPF of 30+ or higher for extra sun protection.
Our sun-protective clothing features UPF 50+ fabric, the highest level of UV protection. This special fabric's tight weave allows less than 2% of harmful UV radiation to pass through, defending you from sunburn and skin damage.
Our swimwear material
Our sun-protective swimwear collection utilizes the highest-rated, most comfortable UPF 50+ sun-protective fabric available. This specialized fabric blocks an impressive 98% of the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays. It offers maximum sun protection for your skin during water sports activities and outdoor adventures.
Our fabric features a 4-way stretch for free movement and a comfortable fit no matter your body type. Our swimwear is also quick-drying and chlorine-resistant—perfect for frequent trips to pools, beaches, and other aquatic environments.
For additional comfort, our swimwear incorporates flat seams that help reduce rubbing and chafing. Your skin will feel great even after extended wear.
Most of our swimwear is a nylon-spandex blend, which offers the perfect balance of durability, stretch, and sun protection. Linings are made of polyester.

Rash guards
Our men's rash guard collection features both short-sleeved and long-sleeved styles to suit your needs. Our swim trunks come in vibrant colors and prints, from bold floral patterns to classic solid hues. Tropical prints or beachstar prints add a playful touch to your outdoor ensemble. For a more versatile style, opt for solid-colored swim trunks that can easily transition from aquatic activities to casual wear.

- 8”–8.5” in-seam depending on size
- Two side pockets and one back patch pocket
- Eyelets at the center back waist and back pocket

Choose from wide-brimmed hats that provide ample shade for your face, neck, and shoulders, perfect for long days at the beach or outdoor events. If you prefer maximum coverage, consider our flap neck hats with an extended back flap to shield your neck from the sun's harmful UV rays. Men’s swimwear FAQ
How to choose a swimsuit for a man?
When you choose a men’s swimsuit, consider your activity level, desired coverage, and personal style. Look for quick-drying, lightweight fabrics with built-in UV protection. Ensure a comfortable fit by trying different styles and lengths, and opt for adjustable waistbands for a perfect fit.
What do male swimmers wear?
In competitive swimming, male swimmers wear form-fitting swimsuits such as briefs or jammers made from lightweight, water-repellent fabrics to reduce drag and increase speed.
What color swim shorts make you look thinner?
Darker colors such as navy, black, or dark shades of blue and green create a slimming effect. Solid, monochromatic colors are also more flattering and streamlined than busy patterns or prints.
Why do men’s bathing suits have liners?
Men's bathing suits, or swim trunks, often have built-in mesh liners for added support and coverage. These liners provide a comfortable, breathable layer between the skin and the outer fabric, reducing chafing and unwanted exposure during water activities.
Do men wear anything under swimsuits?
While it is not strictly necessary, some men prefer to wear tight-fitting underwear or compression shorts underneath their swimsuits for additional support and coverage. Many modern swimsuits for men have built-in liners, eliminating the need for additional undergarments.
What is the difference between UPF and SPF?
Sun protection factor (SPF) measures protection against UVB rays that cause sunburn. Ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) measures protection against both UVB and UVA rays that contribute to premature aging and skin damage.
