Adorable but sizing is way off

Got this for my daughter last summer and while she loved the jacket part so much that she would insist on wearing it around even over her clothes, the swimsuit part was way too small. We ended up giving it away, it wasn’t even close to fitting. Nervous to order again bc of this experience. :/
