How-To Beginner Braids for You and Your Little Ones!
We personally feel braids are a super cute, stylish accessory you can easily add to your summer swimsuit look!
We'll walk you through how to achieve these 3 beginner braids!

-Brush all hair backwards, removing any tangles.
-Part in to 3 sections at the nape of your neck.
-Overlap right section over middle section.
-Overlap left section over middle section.
-Repeat until you've reached the end and finish with a hair tie!
So simply and easy!

-Section off a 2" wide portion of hair extending from the side of your forehead to your opposite temple.
-Tie the rest of your hair back to keep it out of the way.
-Part hair in to 3 sections and start a French Braid (see below for steps).
-Once you've reached your temple continue braiding in to a Classic Braid.
-Finish with a hair tie and release the rest of your hair.
-Tuck the braid end under your loose hair to hide the tie.
This one is perfect if you have bangs or fly-aways you'd rather not have to deal with!

-Brush all your hair to ensure there are no tangles.
-Start at your temples sectioning a triangular piece of hair about 4" back.
-Part in to 3 pieces and do one set of Classic Braid.
-After this pick up an additional 1" section of hair on the sides of your head and include them in your overlapping section.
-Once you've reached the nape of your neck continue in to a Classic Braid and finish with a tie.
It's totally fine if this braid looks a little messy... it just adds to the boho feel!
The more you practice the easier these braids will get!! Be sure to hashtag us in your SwimZip gear and Summer Braids so we can see you're cute looks!
